The hotel had a small room with a kitchenette lacking essential utensils, but the Desk Managers were accommodating. The rooms need updating and have a noticeable scent. On the bright side, the service was pleasant and accommodating, especially during trying circumstances. The location, though good for my needs, was only slightly marred by highway noise. The dining options were limited to coffee and small snacks. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
